Where would you put an F cabin in that configuration? 8 seats behind door 2, between J and W? But that would reduce the number of J seats (8 F, 44 J, 56 W, 219 Y), which is probably not what BA would want, and F passengers wouldn't be able to say they're flying upfront anymore
