It says nothing in the wiki they are compensated accordingly by management - it says they are recruited to non-tipping positions (nothing on compensation) and that they are allowed to accept tips of which they appreciate. The pay has been posted before and it is lousy.
How would a flyer know the positions are not recruited as tipped positions? There is no doubt in my mind these employees rely and need tips despite how the job posting may read. It wouldn't even occur to me to not tip the bartender because I tip 100% of all bartenders I order drinks from.
