So I checked on the discounts I would get just today. It is also 10%, while previously it was a 30% discount.
Allthough, I must say, that picking the same dates as earlier this year with my 30% discount, the base rate seems to have dropped, but I'm 10% higher then before.
Agree to other posters, I do not see the connection to WOH. And would certainly not call this a "failing loyalty relationship", as the OP @
