For the third time, a reservation at the RC Tysons has appeared in my list of active reservations after canceling it. This time I called the hotel to see if it was real or a "ghost". It was real and they couldn't cancel it either because the "certificate was active". Bizarre because the stay is more than a week away. Had to call Titanium line and got it canceled. No one understands what's happened-but folks have reported similar things. I would have been stuck paying a fee possibly. Now I have the cancellation number. Not something I worried about much before.
