I don't know what your beef is with, but 767 is a great plane. The worst one is actually the un-renovated 777.

PDX is a different story. Because of Nike contract, DL keep that route running and usually use on of the older 767.
Haven't seen A330 or 747 on HNL-NRT (was 4x daily, now is down to 1x daily), HNL-KIX, HNL-FUK (gone as of this spring, taken over by HA after DL capitulated) or HNL-NGO for years now.

At KIX, FUK, NGO you pretty much never see a DL aircraft other than 767 anymore.

I think only from a few destinations DL may have aircraft other than 767s, like LAX-HND that you mention.
