Personally I wouldn't take the bulkhead seat especially at 186cm and would prefer to put my feet under the seat in front. There is a comment at post #603 which may help and be aware it is a bassinet position at 21A and 21K.

As for upgrades it really depends on how busy the flight is on the day.
