I don't think any commercial aircraft can compare with the 747 upper deck for ordinary folks ..... maybe the very front of the A380 upper deck on ME carriers in F for the 1%.
I remember a couple of TWA 747-SP out of STL where I was literally the only passenger on the upper deck. On one, I flew from STL-HNL and people kept coming up the stairs to look throughout the flight and the flight attendant kept telling them you can look, but you can't stay.
