Don't think you can. Domestic and Transborder lounges have passes that people sometimes sell on line, but they don't hand out Intl passes.
What airport are you flying from? You should probably just buy access to the Plaza Premium lounge.
Well, I suppose it could be a gifted pass, i think they accept those, it’s been a few years since I retired and got them regularly, I think I used to give them out.
