I learned of this about a month ago while investigating private residence clubs, fractionals, condo-hotels, etc. Sounds perfect for my needs and now I'm quite excited about the option.

Chencho, my impression is that last-minute travel is usually not a problem. Have you found this to be true? Any problems getting the location you want, when you want it?

My schedule doesn't allow the type of advance planning and reservations needed with other fractionals, timeshares, etc.

How rigorous is the application process and what is it they are looking for when they review your membership application? How long the waiting list?

I'd be grateful for any additional details you might be willing to share.
