So there's nothing for in-between the tiers right? If I spend $40k in a year, then I'm only going to get the MQM boost for meeting the first tier at $30k, but nothing for the extra $10k that I put on the card?

If DL treats all MQMs the same, then how come I don't see anything listed for MM status? Recently I applied and was approved for the DL Business Gold. I only put in $3.47 before the statement closed. I do see 3 SkyMiles posted in my account under base miles, but I see 0 for MQM and Million Miler Qualification. I think I'm confused.
