I attempted to load $1k to my card at DG today. I’ve never tried there before. The wiki at the top of the thread says the daily limit is $1500.
The cashier had no clue how to load anything at all. So she called her supervisor. The supervisor said she thinks the limit is $200 per day loading via debit. But she didn’t seem too sure about that. Neither ever even attempted the transaction on the register. I didn’t want to push, so I said thanks and left.
So are the DG employees incorrect, or can I not load $1k? There are rarely any customers in the DG stores by me, so it would save a bit of time over WM if I’m actually able to load there. And then I can save WM for BB loads.
