When you arrive at T4S, you'll have about a 5min walk to the connections/onward flights. This can be reduced to 2min with a swift sprint. It's just past the bathrooms where you can freshen up a bit if you have time. DO NOT FOLLOW the masses that go into the main part of the terminal, this will take you outside security where you may very likely botch your connection.
So you seem to missed the part where OP needs to go to T2. You absolutely have to get out to the main part of the terminal to get the bus over to the other terminal.
