At some properties, there's a big difference between a club/executive lounge room and club/executive lounge access. It's not clear to me which one the OP actually booked. Club rooms offen have little extras (better/bigger toiletries, bathrobes, green plants, turndown service, refrigerators, etc.) or rate located on higher floors with better views, sometimes in separate wings/buildings.

Most lounges have real food only during the early evening hours. Limited alcoholic beverages (overseas) might be available a bit later, but not to midnight.

I'm also confused about exactly what the OP booked versus what was deleiverd.
