Couldn't check in for ZRH-DUS today (Saturday), told me to do check in at the airport. I managed it on the mobile phone while walking from the train station to the check in desks at ZRH. On the flight there were a lot of refugees from cancelled or delayed flights, including those seated next to me, so maybe it was because of the flight.

I don't get SWISS. There were 7 rows of empty business class seats on that Bombardier, maybe two or three at most people. Why don't they just sell those seats at the last minute at the gate? These days, there is no longer any option for buying an upgrade during booking or buying one when you open up your booking. They used to always be on offer, at various prices. Just an observation, I really don't need one on the Düsseldorf flight which last 1h15.
