Help booking LH IAD-HAM
I would like to use my KrisFlyer miles on LH, from IAD-HAM. UA shows avaiilability IAD-FRA, with train service from FRA-HAM. It is included in the ticket. Krisflyer shows the IAD-FRA availability but no train service on the HAM. Is it possible to book the train portion with KrisFlyer?
