Unless you’ve booked that as an AA or QF marketed flight, you can not earn AA miles. You can only redeem AA miles on TN, not earn, other than as AA or QF codeshares.

You’d have to look at each program’s earning rules to determine whether or not you can earn miles in their program. That’s beyond the scope of this forum.
