Does anyone here have experience booking non-star alliance partner awards through Voyager? I've been attempting to price some itineraries recently, but the phone agents don't seem to know that they exist, or be able to find any space. Specifically, the award charts exist (and are quite good) for El Al, Emirates, Etihad, Virgin Atlantic, and Virgin Australia, but every time I call people just seem confused and can't find the space I'm seeing elsewhere.

Have these partnerships ended, or have I just gotten some bad agents?
