Failed to check in for connecting flights (not operated by CX)?
I have a reservation with CX which contains flights HKG-ZRH-GVA. It is now within 48 hours of departure, so I was able to access the check-in page on CX.com. However, I was only checked in for HKG-ZRH, while the other flight is shown as 'failed to check in'. Does anyone know the reason for this? Thanks!
