The Japanese set breakfast is also free but they can be very rigid about it - if you have a split party (one person wants buffet, the other Japanese), you can sit upstairs but there's usually miscommunication/resistance to it. If all parties want the Japanese set, you're forced to sit downstairs. But they do mention that you can't have anything from the buffet if you get a Japanese set, unlike PHT.
Upstairs? There is an upstairs at the Grill? I know there is a terrace, behind the kitchen (never used it, though), but did not know there was an upstairs. Or is "upstairs" the lobby level and "downstairs" the Touzan?
