Really? I've never been charged for coffee or tea at the breakfast. I've never ordered juice outside what's at the buffet, but I can see why they would charge for it. Nickel-and-dimey, but not egregious.
Is the Japanese set breakfast free also? If not, that's kind of cheeky of them to sell it to you but you can't have anything from the buffet, which you're entitled to as a Globalist. If it is free, that is a bit tacky that you can't have anything from the buffet also.
