Hello everyone,
I have booked a return LHR to Tokyo in F with BA next year for my wife and I.
I suggested to Mrs JetSetMonty that she might like to avail herself of the facilities at the spa in the lounge. She replied in somewhat less than enthusiastic tones along the lines of, that last time, it wasn't up to much.
I must confess, it is not something I am qualified to comment upon as I haven't experienced these spas.
My question is simple; has the quality/service/ambience improved in your experience over the past 12 months or so (the last time she stepped through the place, I think) ? Or should we simply content ourselves with the CCR and all that it offers (as I usually do.....).
