That is unbelievably cheap for this property. Are you sure you didn't miss a 0? The lowest I have ever seen is about 3x that amount and that's for the "Classic" bungalows, which do not have direct access to the lagoon and may not be over water. I'm not sure, but I don't think they have the see thru floor panel either.
