For the sake of argument, let's assume it was enough over 24 months. Then the only way agent's statement makes sense is if there is a longer time limit and we don't know what it is. Far more likely, of course, is that the agent had no idea what he was talking about, and your app got rejected for some other reason. Surely you received a letter telling you what it really was?

For relevant DPs, I had to scroll all the way back to early April, where rje444 was approved after just 2 months, and RedElmo applied after over 2 years but I don't think we ever heard the result. So the matter still seems unsettled to me.
