Sourcing the bubbly is not the issue, using the Plat AMEX airline of choice credit to do so is. I've seen places with on/off premises licenses, but kind of doubt an airport lounge would have such a licence. Even if they did, I don't think it would be good policy to allow off premise sales unless they shipped it to you.
