No - because you could have got a later flight from LHR with a shorter connection in Doha. Have a look at the +Qatar offer though where you can pay 23 USD for a room (no meals vouchers or transfers though).
if you read what I said. Even if I take the later flight the connection is still 19 hours. Basically the destination is not a daily service
