Air India Longhaul B77W B77L B787 Seats

Browsing thru AI tenders I found this tender to replace the cushions on all B777. (see attached)

Two interesting tid bits:
- both the B77W and B77L seem to have seats by Avio Interiors in all three cabins. I thought the B77W had the Zodiac seats also installed on the B788 in C?
- wasn't there talk some time ago that AI would stop offering F on their B77L? Why are they replacing cushions for these now?
