My supervisor at delta that i book a ticket with tried to help - she had the app working fine on her iPhone 10...but low and behold she couldnt help.
I have deleted the app and reinstalled it twice in the last 3 hours.
The odd thing is I can get further into the app - past the sign in screen at least as a guest, then when I try to find my ticket by confirmation # -
I type the confirm # , the name and hit ok and i get the same error "" were sorry an error has occurred ...please try again later." "
also, i can not reset password- either "forgot login" or "forgot password" - when i hit those options on the main page - gives me a different error message for those - it says " access denied you do not have permission to access .........delta user login /forgot login on this server
when i try to book a flight - error message - "were sorry something went wrong - please try again or come back later.
It sounds like your IP is blocked from delta.com. Have you tried this on another network? They have an aggressive block list to deter scraping and you’ll get 403 errors like you described if you’re blocked.
