Checked out last week. I liked the location at the bridge with a nice pub and resto to the left, a small supermarket to the right and the option to always get a taxi on the spot out on Saarbrucken square.
The hotel itself is, well, just a Moxy. The place is pretty new, the rooms are Moxy-size and Moxy-style, so are the small Moxy-queen beds. As always, front staff is very young, speaks good English and - Moxy-style - some have a clue and some not so much. But all of them are very friendly.
As for Plat++: points, bf, welcome drink and a room on the upper floors.
Personally I would always come back, it can be great value and it was on every stay a pleasant experience.
