Upgraded last sunday with e-vip for #107 lhr-jfk - no mention of any 20 GBP fee. By the way does anyone know why I was offered flagship lounge entrance instead of just aadmirals club at LHR when upgrading from coach to business? I thought Flagship was just for paying first.
