Personal preference would be 23 A/K

in row 12, there is the tendency to look back as you are right in front but you are losing some window due to the offset from the seat behind.

in 23, you tend to look to the front being in the last row that you probably won’t notice losing one window blocked by your seat. Also, the 35K cabins is pretty spacious so I tend to go as far back as possible.

downside though is that you get served last, though, if you you are DM or GO, they might take your order and save your choice.
