I was just issued a $100 discount code by a really wonderful customer service rep (thanks Mary in Portland!!) and told that it could take a couple of days to show up because it needs to be processed by accounting. I’m eager to rebook a flight applying this discount code since I screwed up the previous reservation and had to cancel it (was a non-flexible saver fare). Anyhow, just wondering how quickly these things turn up... should I expect 24hrs, 48hrs, etc? I’m a bit concerned because the automated confirmation of booking emails that are sent out with each new reservation rarely ever turn up in my inbox. I have an old sympatico.ca address; not sure if that’s the reason. I hope it doesn’t happen with this particular email. I need the code to rebook and there aren’t that many seats left on the flight I want.
