The breakfast menu certainly is limited on the Western options, but it’s very high quality. And they let me order a second helping. We also very much enjoyed all of the bento box options from the Japanese breakfast menu.
I felt so-so about the juices. The green mix and the orange juice were good, the tomato juice was... okay and the carrot juice was borderline undrinkable... No fruits for us for breakfast - there WAS an apple and... some sort of orange in our room though.
I've definitely had better and more.. extensive omelettes at a lot of other, even non-luxury hotels. I believe with what Suiran delivers in every other aspect and with what it aspires to be, they could do a lot better than just a "plain" egg-omelette, one sausage and one hashbrown. But that was really my only criticism of our stay!
(FWIW, the bread was excellent and they did indeed offer "refills" of bread if that's what you want to call it)
