Hi,

It is available on www.hawaiiexclusive.com/uareward. You have to be UA member, though. If you do not have one, go to UAL.COM, open an account, get you FF number, which will allow you to claim this reward certificate. Not sure if it is available through other airlines. I guess that you can also use SPG50 off reward certificate as well. Let me know if it works.
