Bank of Hawaii currently offers 75K for its personal card. The fine print says "The Hawaiian Airlines Bank of Hawaii World Elite Mastercard is issued by Barclays Bank Delaware (Barclays)". So it may not be possible to get personal cards from both banks.

Since the title of this thread includes Barclays, I am not sure if it is appropriate for me to post this offer in the Wiki. Mods, please let me know. (Or perhaps better, delete Barclays from the title?)
