whoever tracks what time of day they are upgraded (not if they are upgraded, but when) clearly has too much time on their hands. this clearly falls under the category of "who cares?"

in the past people complained about the EAU system, how seats are left for purchase until the last minute, battleship upgrades, etc. those are all fair game. but thinking about what time of day an EAU is processes is a new (unnecessary) level of concern.

i am simply thankful when i am upgraded.
