Trying to book a stay at the IC Tokyo Bay using a refundable rate w/ breakfast . The second person charge shows when i'm logged out, but when i'm logged in i goes away and doesnt show up in the rate details before or after booking confirmation. I am a platinum ambassador, but I thought the single room rate for double occupancy went away in March. Any thoughts here on how to proceed? Not keen on being surprised w/ a second person charge. Was thinking of booking w/ points instead, are 2nd person charges billed on award stays?
