I'm not familiar with the Lisbon property but the IC Porto is without a doubt one of the best IC property I've stayed in. Excellent personal service, great rooms, great food (breakfast is excellent).

My parents stayed at the IC Estoril a couple of weeks ago, and thought it excellent too (they tend to stay in pretty nice hotels, so I trust them on this).
