Disabled transport to boarding gate
I'm obviously hopeless at searching for the right keywords, so I'll just ask.
My mother is travelling on BA to BUD and back next month out of T3.
I don't know the distances involved in getting to the gate at T3 but she can't walk far and was wondering if it's possible to request one of those golf buggies to take her to the gate.
Can she ask BA to arrange this or is it a BAA thing?
Thanks for any info on this. I'm not even sure what the correct terminology for these buggies are.
