I spent a lot of time researching the RH yesterday. Then booked! From what I can gathter if you have a balcony you're in the tower.
There seem to be 2 other Ocean front categories that I could find.
One is the basic Royal/Historic Ocean Front. The other is Large Luxury Ocean or something. The later seems to be larger, renovated to period, and offers more windows surrounding a sitting area.
What rate did you get? I booked into the large luxury at $426.
It was interesting to me that operator at SPG was quoting slightly lower than the website. Did you use promo code spg35hi?
