The problem children are those who think that because some marketing guy at a carrier dreamt up the word "elite" in connection with their flying, that they really are elite in the sense that they are special and the rules don't apply to them.
I think that's a fair appraisal of my experience with entitlement, though that shows itself more in putting both bags in the bins versus the boarding process sequencing issue. Maybe I could put it another way...ignorance AND entitlement together!
