Corporate travel booking/management portal recommendations

I work for a company of about 500 globally, 150 in North America. We have a start-up travel portal/booking management system which, frankly, does not meet our needs and shall remain nameless. I am in no way a decision-maker, but a heavy (and dissatisfied) user. I have access to influence at least a couple of the decision-makers, but we're not really familiar with corp travel management vendors for companies of our size.

Do BCD, AmEx, cwt play in this space? Those are the ones I've used over the years at much larger companies (10k to 60k ee's) and there are pros and cons, but the functionality seems better than the current vendor. Any other recommendations suitable for organizations of our size? What are your impressions of Egencia, Lola, TravelPerk, and TripActions; or the bigger legacy players?

Among the issues:
- Very few hotel programs are listed in the portal to enter our loyalty information
- Even when entering airline loyalty information, it doesn't seem to pass through to the airline when making a reservation, forcing me to manually update the reservation with my info after the fact
- Car rental agency programs are not listed
- Hotel bookings are apparently done through Expedia and cannot be edited by me or hotel reservations (e.g., Marriott, Hilton) - nobody can seem to add my loyalty information. Perhaps it's because it went through Expedia, as I'm told one must contact Expedia to change hotel reservations.
- For some reason, airline and hotel prices are actually more expensive through the portal than by booking directly on the airline/hotel websites.
- Can't change reservations via self-service for anything after booking. Have to contact support to handle cancellations, changes, etc.

Thanks!
