It was a double whammy.
What used to happen is that if you weren't cleared for envoy and were taking a connecting flight to get to PIT, CLT, or PHL for your overseas flight, you would get a cert pulled for the domestic leg. This happened to me but I then requested that an e-upgrade cert be placed into my account after successfully upgrading to envoy.
