still no resolution on this~~. They told me missing points would show up on new statement which was 2 days ago. Nothing changed.... I think it`s pretty safe to say on this specific issue, AMEX is going to SCAM us on our points. I suspect that part of the reason on AMEX's decision to scam is because it would cost them more to address this issue manually.

As someone mentioned earlier, we would probably get our points back 6 -12 months after on 1 cent per point when they do their audit. It`s super low move, but it`s AMEX, and if they intend to SCAM, there`s not really much we can do.
