Rental Credit for Enterprise car rental booking made through Costco using National ID

I have been told by National customer service that Enterprise bookings using Costco are NOT eligible for National rental credits [even if you add in your National membership no. when making the booking.] Does any one know if such bookings qualify for Enterprise points?
