I certainly wouldn't report him to Customer Service. He seemed to have understood your dilemma and was willing to go the extra mile to help you. There are some nice people out there who really CARE about how you feel.

There really was no dilemma... I made a call inquiring about fares...I am sure he gets 100's of those calls a day... saying I have to think about it is a natural and expected answer... I even made the temporary reservation....it was asking me to "buy it tonight" and when I said no, offering to call me back ( which he did the next day)....was weird...Sure I appreciated the special care and I have decided not to document this to AS....but it did feel slightly "hard sell" which made me uncomfortable.

Now..if he calls me back again.....maybe I should ask him for a date....
