Sounds like that's the problem. The automated system went searching for an Enterprise Plus number that didn't match any records. It had to be in a field asking for a National account number.
I believe it works when I use AutoSlash & Priceline & I do get my National credits for Enterprise rentals. At least, I think I do. I am guessing it depends on how the IT system is set up. I am thinking I should just let it be known that I want to use my National membership no. [for my Enterprise rentals booked through Costco] when I go to pick up my car.
