I have a 12h layover coming up, arriving in the morning. Is there an easy way to leave the departure hall and go through immigration after having used the transfer “entrance” upon arrival?

Ideally I would like to have a shower in the lounge and change before heading on to Tokyo. My luggage will be checked through, transferring from AY to JL.
