Hi,
I booked an award redemption ticket using AA miles for a flight on EY in first class.
I'm staying in Dubai for a few days before my flight and I'm planning on going to AUH airport from downtown Dubai on the day of the flight, so I'm exploring my options.
Since award redemption tickets are not eligible for EY's chauffeur service, I'm wondering if it would be possible to use EY's shuttle bus service instead that runs between Dubai and AUH.
Would EY let me ride on their shuttle bus if I show them my AA-stock ticket with an award flight on EY?
I'm not even looking for a free ride - I'm willing to pay the full price of the service, but I'm not sure if EY would let me on the bus at all with the ticket I have.
I'd greatly appreciate any insights/opinions.
