I think it's time to move on for me..

I have achieved Marriott LT Plat so I will pursue for Hyatt LT Globalist.
I've been RA for 10 years and I was happy with so many wonderful ICs and staffs.
But spending 10~20k every year for suite excluded upgrade, no lifetime status and $50 minibar credit, just unacceptable..
