Does one receive National rental credit for Enterprise car rental booking made through Costco using National membership number? Mine shows zero credit. It was this weekend. Should I call customer service after giving it 1-2 days.

Any suggestions to get credited automatically in the future? I did put my National membership number on the Costco booking page where it asked for Enterprise Plus membership number.
